The chicken manure can become good compost after in-vessel fermentation. In vessel fermentation method is an organic fertilizer composting system which can save production area and manpower investment. What’s more, it can shorten the animal manure fermentation time to 7-10days. Then, how to ferment the chicken manure with in vessel composting system? The process can be divided into three steps. They are chicken manure pre-treatment, fermentation and packing. You can get the detailed composting process from the following.

Step1: pre-treat the chicken manure before composting

The chicken manure composting applies high temperature aerobic fermentation method. Therefore, you should pre-treat the chicken waste to meet the oxygen-consuming fermentation conditions. Firstly, you should use the solid-liquid separator to remove excess water content in chicken manure. It is the best when the chicken manure moisture is 50%-60%. Secondly, you need to crush the chicken manure and auxiliary material by the compost shredder machine to meet the required particle size of aerobic composting. In order to adjust the C/N ratio in the chicken manure, you’d better add the auxiliary materials like crop straw. Finally, you can use the fertilizer mixing machine to blend these raw materials.

Step2: Ferment the chicken manure after mixing

You can use the forklift to deliver the mixture into the bucket elevator. Then the chicken manure will be sent the fermentation tank by the bucket elevator automatically. After that, fully automatic composting machine will treat the chicken manure automatically in whole fermentation process. The temperature sensors on the closed composting machine will real-time monitor the in-vessel temperature. The inner rotating working blade will crush and mix the chicken manure and auxiliary materials. There is heating device for rising temperature and fan device for supplying the oxygen on the fully automatic compost machine. Therefore, there is no need manual operation when fermentation.

Step3: pack the powder chicken manure after finishing the fermentation

After fermentation, you will get the quality chicken manure compost. Then, you can pack the fermented chicken manure. The packed chicken manure can be sold to make more benefits for the fertilizer manufacturers.
